3 Easy Steps to Glowing Skin

We’re going to assume that you already do the basics… cleanse, moisturise, daily sunscreen. Our hacks below make MASSIVE difference to the appearance of your skin and if you try this for a week you’ll notice big changes, do it for a month and you’ll be thanking us for your Miranda like skin.

Buff away those dead skin cells – twice a week
Most people are comfortable with the daily cleanse, tone, moisturise but not many people know the benefits of exfoliating. Weekly exfoliation is great as it wipes away dead skin cells on the surface (think of it like removing piling from clothing) making your skin appear fresher and the colour healthier. It also removes any places for bacteria to hide, reducing the likelihood of breakouts and allowing moisturiser to be absorbed easily into the skin. Lastly it provides a smooth base for any make-up giving the appearance of younger looking skin.

Gorge on Berries – every day
Berries are great for skin care because they are one of the highest antioxidant foods available. But what does that mean?

Deeply coloured berries such as blueberries and cherries are loaded with antioxidants, which help your body fight off blemishes. When someone has acne, it depletes the antioxidants in the body so it’s critical to fill up on more antioxidants to rebalance the depletion but also to boost amounts to combat blemishes.
